Mashed Brinjal (Katrikka Gotsu)

Vankay Bajji / Katrikka Gotsu
Here is one more Brinjal recipe.Smashed Brinjal can be served with rice and I love to eat this with Idli or Dosa. This is unlike the usual bajji that is dipped in flour and fried. Well I do not know how this dish got this name. But traditionally its called so.
