Method of preparation : Peal off the skin of the musk melon. Remove the seeds. Cut the melon into small pieces and put them into a mixer/blender, add Sugar, Elichi and 2 cups of water. Blend it fine and serve.
Remains good when refrigerated for a day.
If you have to make it by hand, then cut the melons into as small piece as possible and then squeeze them fine. Remove the bigger chunks from the juice before serving.
