At this point in time when you feel that the oil is too much, then move the chicken to one corner of the pan and remove the extra oil.
Now add the crushed pepper powder, coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Curry Leaves : 5 strands
- Coriander leaves stem : one bunch (only the stem)
- Onions - 2 Nos.
- Green chillies - 2 Nos.

- Chicken - half kg (with bones or boneless)
- Soya sause - 1 tbl spn
- Veniger - 1 tbl spn
- Corn flour - 1 tbl spn
- Salt

- Oil - 4 tbl spn
- Ginger - 1 inch (chopped)
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbl spns
- Pepper - 1 tbl spn (crushed)
- Coriander leaves - 3 strands
- Lime juice - 1 tea spn
