1 cup Maida
1 cup Sour Curd or Yogurt (Thick)
3 Nos Green Chillies
1 string Curry Leaves
1 pinch : Baking soda
Oil for frying
Preparation Method : Finely chop the Green chillies, Coriander, Curry leaves and Onions and put them into a bowl along with Maida, Curd, Baking Soda and Salt. Make it into a thick batter that you can drop into the oil.
Heat oil in a pan and drop the batter into the oil using a spoon. Fry till it turns a little darker.
It would be a great evening snack.
* Use only Sour curd which makes the bondas soft
