Coconut Chuttney

Chuttney that usually goes with most of the breakfast items. Made in many different ways and this is my sister's version. The best chutney I have tasted, it comes out great when she makes.

Ingredients:
Coconut : 1 cup chopped or grated
Fried Grams : half cup
Green Chillies : 3 Nos.
Mint Leaves : 2 strings
Tamarind : 1 small piece or half tea spoon paste
Curry Leaves : 2 strings
Coriander Leaves : 4-5 strings
Garlic : 3-4 cloves
Ginger : qtr inch
Salt
Add all the above except Curry Leaves and Coriander  into a mixer jar and grind it  coarsely adding water. Once its almost done then add the curry leaves and coriander just blend it for 2 sec and remove.
Ingredients for Seasoning :
Oil : 1 tea spn
Mustard seeds : 1vtea spn
Urad Dhal : 1 tea spn
Curry Leaves : 1 string
Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, once it splutters add Urad Dhal and Curry leaves. Mix this into the ground chuttney. Seasoning enhances the flavour and aroma.
*Optional : You can add a few pinches of Hing(Asafotida) while seasoning.
*Do not add too much of Fried grams as it would not give a great taste.
